Our office creates designs from initial sketches to 3D illustrations and models, to give our clients the best possible view of the residential building. Through the use of drawings; such as, plans, elevations, building sections, and details, we can communicate to our clients a view of the design with comprehensiveness, cohesiveness, and continuity. Our clients will be able to understand the proposed building and the connection to the living environment. 

We realize that the environment outside of the home is just as important, if not integral with the home, therefore, we offer designs that contribute to healthy building systems, and green- domes or greenhouses that are an extension or an essential part of the home or farm. We design by analyzing all features of the site, and take into account the benefits from the orientation of the building on the land in Pennsylvania.

We understand that some projects may involve the preservation of older unique buildings. We offer consultation services that focus on how a building can be rescued, restored, or repurposed in order to retain it's original character.

We offer our preservation services through surveys and documentation of the building and/or buildings. We provide creative ideas and input as to what is feasible, what can be saved and/or salvaged, and finally a plan or survey document on how to proceed with your architect, designer, builder or general contractor in Pennsylvania.
